Barbara Barker of Eureka Springs was named queen of the festival at the "Barefoot Ball" on the opening night at the 14th annual Ozark Folk Festival in Eureka Springs, Carroll County, Arkansas. She is dressed as "Daisy Mae" in a costume she made.
